October 1, 2016 – Cass Scenic Railroad’s Number 4 Shay engine, a C-70 locomotive put into service originally in 1922 with the Birch Valley Lumber Company in Tioga, West Virginia as number 5, blows off steam after taking on water at the water tower before starting the day at Cass, West Virginia.
