As part of this year long project I plan to include at least one self-portrait each month. For this one I used my iPhone 4 and a app called 6×6. You can shoot with it’s native camera in color or B&W and apply a border if you like. I like the square format that it shoots and how it handles the black and white photos. I did do some post processing with this image in Photoshop CS5 also. Mostly because I wanted to darken down the hooded jacket I was wearing to make my face stand out more and I also applied the Topaz Adjust Filter “Simple Pop.”
