September 10, 2016 – CSXT 592 leads a CSX intermodal southbound off the CSX CR Drawbridge at Nashville, Tennessee on the Nashville Terminal Subdivision. This shot is kind of a milestone for me. It was shot with my new Fuji X-T1 mirrorless camera and a Fuji 18-23mm lens. I’ve been considering purchasing a mirrorless camera for quite sometime and I found a deal at Dury’s Camera in Nashville on a mint used one that I just couldn’t pass up. This is the first photo I shot with the camera and I’ve very pleased with the results I have got so far! Look for landscapes and other photos shot with it over the next few days and in the weeks to come. Still have my Nikon D800 and still shooting with it, but who knows what the future holds!
