January 4, 2010 – Dawson Springs art teacher Cindy Crider is surrounded by salvageable wet items in the school’s art classroom Monday afternoon as she unloads another wet box. Students, volunteers and staff spent most of the morning cleaning up water in rooms that were flooded as a result of a pipe that broke in the ceiling of the library, closing the school for the day and causing damage in the library, art room, two computer classrooms and several other rooms. – Photo by Jim Pearson
