Lead unit was 8069 with 9881 trailing and the conductor gives a thumbs up as they pass through Richland, Ky. The other two verticals are at Dawson Springs, Ky and one shows the pushing units 1050 and 2524.

The last four were dead-in-tow SD 70 MAC’s that had work done on them at Progress Rail in Mayfield, Ky.

February 26, 2015 – Paducah and Louisville MOW crews work on final repairs to the switch area of the Warrior Wye where several cars derailed yesterday at Madisonville, Ky on an empty coal train. Repairs have been finished and trains are running once again.

February 25, 2015 – Several cars derailed at the Warrior Wye north switch at Madisonville, Ky as Paducah and Louisville 4511 was pulling an empty coal train to Warrior Coal in Manitou, Ky. The cars are blocking the main and crews are working on clearing the track so normal service can resume.
