June 24, 2015 – Ex-Virginia Railway Express commuter locomotive 217, at least as far as I can find out, is moved into the siding at CSX’s south yard at Atkinson in Madisonville, Ky by CSX Q597. Afterwards the crew picks up the last of it’s cars before heading south on the Henderson Subdivision. As of 4:30 CST this engine was till setting at the south yard.
