June 28, 2017 – CSX Q572-26 snakes its way through the curve just north of Romney siding as it heads north on the Henderson Subdivision past construction that will join the two sidings at Nortonville, Ky together and create a two track main.
June 28, 2017 – CSX hot intermodal Q029 (Chicago, IL –
Atlanta, GA), with CSXT 3384 leading, heads south at the south end of Romney siding in Nortonville, Ky. At the right is the newly created roadbed that will the start of a new double track main, which will join Romney and Nortonville sidings together on the Henderson Subdivision.
May 29, 2017 – CSX loaded coal drag N050, with UP power, heads south out of Sebree, Ky as it heads south on the Henderson Subdivision bound for Duke Energy’s Crystal River Energy Complex via Fitzgerald, GA.

June 17, 2017 – Union Pacific 5359 heads up a CSX MOW rail train, as it sits tied down in the siding at the south end of Alliance siding in Princeton, Indiana at dusk on the CE&D subdivision.
June 17, 2017 – Norfolk Southern 7226 pulls hard as it leads a manifest train up the grade at the east end of Huntingburg, Indiana on it’s way east on the NS Southern-East district.

June 15, 2017 – CSX hot intermodal Q028-15 makes its way north out of the north end of Romney at Nortonville, Ky as it heads north on the Henderson Subdivision. In the foreground you can see construction work for the new roadbed that will connect the sidings at Romney and Nortonville to create a two track main between the two points.
May 11, 2017 – CSX loaded coal train N019-10 (Dotiki, KY-Bostwick, FL) heads past the recently closed Casky Inspection Yard as it heads south on the Henderson Subdivision to deliver it’s load to Seminole Electric’s Seminole Generating Station via Fitzgerald, GA
May 29, 2017 – A trio of Union Pacific units head up CSX Q515 as it waits for a northbound to take the siding at the south end of Rankin, Ky before heading continuing south on the Henderson Subdivision.
May 30, 2017 – Paducah and Louisville Railway’s 1998 (GP-38-2) University of Kentucky engine passes a GATX 3309 parked at the rear of the National Railway Equipment (VMV Paducahbuilt), as 1998 returns to the yard after working local industries in the Paducah, Ky area.
June 11, 2017 – A loaded CSX Coke train passes through the cut at Charleston, Ky as it heads south on the Paducah & Louisville Railway to Calvert City Loadout in Calvert City, Ky.
May 29, 2017 – CSX W086-24 Hertzog Rock Train heads north at Robards, Ky as it rolls past a newly installed signal at the current south end of the siding at Old Knoblick Road. CSX is linking the sidings from Sebree, Ky to the north end of Robards, Ky on the Henderson Subdivision, which will then become a two track main. The new roadbed is in place and waiting for track crews to lay the new track.
May 29, 2017 – On this beautiful spring day, empty northbound coal train, CSX E050 (Rose Lake, IL – Red Level, FL) meets its loaded counterpart, southbound loaded N050 (Red Level, FL – Rose Lake, IL) at the south end of the siding at Slaughters, Ky on the Henderson Subdivision.
