April 11, 2019 – CSXT 6898 heads up C020-11 passes milepost 137 with a loaded ballast train as it heads north on CSX’s MH&E Branch at Madisonville, Ky. There’s been rumors that the branchline will be shut down, due there only being one customer, but with ballast work being done and appears there’s a track gang getting ready to work on this line, perhaps not. It currently sees three trains a week out to Reed Minerals Harsco Corp. at Drakesboro, Ky.
